FSP has appointed Andy Stringer to lead its retailer location strategy service.  Joining from Home Retail Group, Andy will build on FSP’s vast existing retailer experience, which includes successful projects with major brands including Acuitis, Joules and New Balance.

FSP’s specialist location strategy service assists retailers optimise their store estate as they seek ways to respond to market trends, including: variable high street performance, too much physical space, innovative concessions and the impact of digital. The strengthened proposition will further augment  FSP’s  collaboration with St Ives Group sister company, Pragma Consulting. The joint proposition will continue to offer market leading assessment of roll out potential of brands and prioritisation of locations for management and investors.

Andy spent 18 years at HRG, where he was Head of Location Strategy for Argos, Homebase and Habitat, as well as owning Store Insight for Argos.  Reporting to FSP to Sales Director, Andrew McVicker,  Andy brings extensive insight into the high street, retail parks and the strategic relationships between physical and digital shopping for omni-channel .
