FSP is committed to developing our team so that we always meet the needs of our clients.  We are therefore delighted to announce the following promotions:

Catherine Fenning and Miranda Botcherby have been promoted to Associate Consultant, Olivia Gannon has been promoted to Project Manager and Natasha Hewitt to Analyst.

Cathy already has a leading role in retainer projects such as Bishop’s Stortford for LGIM and Kings Cross for Argent, following a bespoke development programme.  She will now develop further client relationships, focusing on shopping centre, retail park and Central London assets under the guidance of FSP’s senior consultancy team.

Miranda has worked on high profile projects such as Bracknell Regeneration, whilst also on a development programme and now works closely with FSP’s MD, Ken Gunn on Outlet Centre projects in the UK and Europe.  Miranda’s new role will allow her to expand her knowledge of the European Outlet industry and gain experience in leading international projects.

Olivia has been promoted to Project Manager, having also progressed through the analyst function.  This key role is responsible for coordinating project work within FSP’s analyst team, liaising with consultants and ensuring that deadlines are always met.  Olivia has gained detailed knowledge of FSP techniques, working on complex projects including a number of retailer location strategies, sustainability analysis at London St Pancras station and the mixed use regeneration of Elektrociepłownia Powiśle in Warsaw.

Cathy, Miranda and Olivia all were all part of our graduate intake in 2014

Natasha (known to all as Tish) has been promoted to Analyst.  Since joining FSP as Graduate Analyst in 2016, Tish has made excellent progress, acquiring the extensive range of technical skills required by FSP analysts.  This has enabled her to step up from support tasks to providing the analysis for complete projects, most recently at Guildford, Jersey and Sheffield.  In her new role, Tish will continue to grow her experience of places and will assume responsibility for maintaining FSP’s comprehensive out-of-town database.

The promotions mark a significant twelve months, which included FSP’s 40th Anniversary and reflect the growth being achieved across all parts of the business.  Ken Gunn, FSP’s Managing Director comments, 

Talent doesn’t grow on trees. It needs to be recognised, shaped and encouraged so that it blossoms into team players who in the best traditions of FSP have the knowledge and commitment necessary to achieve success for our clients. It is rare for us to find experienced staff with the skills and attitude our clients require and so we have a real commitment to developing our talent from within. These promotions demonstrate this commitment and are a clear indication of the opportunity for career progression within FSP.
