FSP’s Andrew McVicker is set to join a panel of industry experts later this week at the Shopping Centre Management Conference. He’s speaking alongside colleagues from our sister company, Pragma. to explore cross-channel shopping behaviours with colleagues in retail property and wider retail places.
Andrew’s session will address the changes needed to better understand consumers. With over 100 projects undertaken every year, FSP is one of Europe’s leading advisors on shopping centre performance. He explains, “We understand how centres need to leverage omni-channel in line with rapidly changing consumer patterns. This is about taking a broader perspective to connect with your existing customers as well as look at those new, untapped audiences.”
Getting closer to the world of omni-channel retail, the session will share insights into the key trends influencing cross-channel shopping behaviours, from across diverse sectors. Together with Helene Mills and Ralph Fernando of Pragma, the panel will look at what consumers want from each channel, variations in the customer journey across different demographics and purchase missions as well as the strategies and solutions retailers should use to respond to new and emerging trends.
As a Shopping Centre, or Asset, Manager you will gain market-leading insights on how to use omni-channel to your advantage, making click and collect serve you as well as developing areas less Internet-reliant such as F&B.
We’d love to see you there. If you would like to meet with Andrew on the day, please do email him directly.
