Mel works with major clients providing consultancy services supported by regular research projects. In the past 12 months she has managed and delivered research projects for clients including L&G, M&G, U+I and British Land.
Since starting her career with FSP, Mel has worked on over 100 projects across four countries, building extensive and varied experience. Mel oversees a wide range of project types, including trading gap, leasing strategy, impact studies, pre-acquisition assessments and sustainable rents analysis. Retailer location strategy is one of Mel’s specialisms, she has recently worked alongside sister company Pragma to help develop roll-out strategies for high profile UK retailers.
Mel started her career at FSP as a Junior Analyst after graduating from Loughborough University in 2011. She worked her way up through the analyst side of the business, before taking on a greater client facing role in 2015. Mel enjoys helping clients get the most out of their research, helping to implement FSP’s recommendations is one of her favourite parts of her current role.
